Hey Folks,
I'm on the lookout for a condo unit, studio or 1 bedroom, or apartment. My budget is around 15k. Preferably with parking and association dues. Help!

you'll probably get a studio for that amount in makati. that probably would not include dues though. what's your timetable? where in makati?

legaspi or salcedo village. am targeting a late oct / early nov move. can you recommend any place?

Try asian mansion or prince plaza on dela rosa, legaspi village. Had a 1-bedroom at asian mansion before, fully furnished for 20k so studio should be less than that. My friend lives in Salcedo though, I'll ask her how much it is. Oh, and another friend's brother got a studio at C. Palanca in Legaspi for 15k I think. Just go around the area and ask around :) Good luck!

you'll find more affordable and decent places in legaspi. salcedo is more expensive except for the old ones. i used to live in asian mansion also. i know someone with units there.

You guys can try BSA suites along Palanca 36sqm, they have units for 15k but I'm not sure if that includes parking, no pets allowed though, but cats are vewy quiet naman ;)

i doubt you can get parking included at 15k in legaspi. you may want to try out my building, cityland pasong tamo, in front of don bosco. i'm sure there would be units that will fit your budget.
